The Faculty of Pharmacy, Aškerčeva cesta 7, Ljubljana, processes your personal data for the purposes of organising study activities and tracking high-risk close contacts in the event of SARS-CoV-2 infection in a particular group. We process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)c and Article 9(i) of the GDPR, in conjunction with the regulations in force from time to time. The types of data that will be collected and stored in the electronic record on the basis of the registration are:
- location (lecture theatre, laboratory) of the registration;
- date and time of registration;
- student ID (digital identity);
- information on the fulfilment of the quarantine exemption (CP or T).
Data retention will be limited to up to 30 days, after which the data will be automatically and irreversibly destroyed.
In the event of a detected infection in a particular group, we will use your registration and the registration of the remaining students to track or identify high-risk close contacts, whose data will be shared with the NIJZ, based on the applicable regulations.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and restriction of processing at any time by contacting tajnik@ffa.uni-lj.si. For assistance in exercising your rights, you can contact the Data Protection Officer of the UL (dpo@uni-lj.si). If you feel that we are not exercising your rights properly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
